To aid you in maintaining the best oral health possible, we also offer a free electric toothbrush to those who sign up for our membership plan. Preventive Plans to Keep Smiles Healthy
CLEANINGS & MAINTENANCE COVERED
Kid's Annual Plan (under 14)
- 2 children's dental cleanings
- 2 oral evaluations by the dentist
- All recommended X-rays (per ADA guidelines)
- 2 fluoride treatments
- 2 replacement brush heads (Oral-B or Sonicare)
- Unlimited emergency visits (includes evaluations & X-rays)
- 15% off other treatments (including orthodontics)
Adult Annual Plan (14 and up)
- 2 adult dental cleanings
- 2 oral evaluations by the dentist
- 2 oral cancer screenings (includes annual VELscope scan)
- All recommended X-rays (per ADA guidelines)

- 3 perio maintenance appointments

LONG-TERM PROTECTION FOR PRECIOUS TEETH
Lifetime Retainer Plan (single arch)
- 1 new clear retainer each year for life
- $79 for a second retainer in the same year (normally $350)
- Unlimited replacements for any reason—no questions asked.
Lifetime Retainer Plan (both arches)
- 2 new clear retainers each year for life
- $79 for a second retainer in the same year (normally $350)

Nightguard Plan (5-Year Replacement)
- 15-minute digital scan appointment
- 1 custom nightguard
- Free replacements for broken, worn, or impossible-to-clean guards every five years
- Free cleaning of your nightguards at each recall appointment
